Marcia Peterson, Receptionist has been chosen for the Board of Excellence for the 1st Quarter, 2010 at Wheaton Community Hospital and Medical Center.
Marcia has been chosen for receiving the nominations for going above and beyond to assure patient satisfaction after miscommunication in regards to an appointment date and time. Marcia has also received multiple nominations in the past for great phone etiquette, always being pleasant and polite, and always having a smile on her face. All of these things, along with her frinely personality make Marcia an important member of our team.
